Do I have to have interior design services in order to buy your furniture?
Our two options are separate. You can buy furniture only, or you can have a full interior design package to include furniture purchase.

How do I own IMD's beautiful pieces?
Items at IMD are made-to- order. Our clients can custom design their pieces by selecting their fabrics, wood stains and finishes that we offer.

How long does it take for my custom furniture to be made?
Depending on work load, orders generally take between 2-5 weeks.

Do you offer free design services when I buy your furniture?
If you bring your floor plan to the showroom and make an appointment with a designer, we can help you select the right pieces for your space.

Do you offer gift certificate?
Yes. Our local customers can come into our showroom and purchase the certificates. Those living outside Ethiopia can buy them through a transfer of funds into our local banks.

How do I pay?
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard and company checks as forms of payment. Our overseas customers can make bank transfers.

Do you deliver or do I have to make arrangements for picking up my furniture?
We offer free delivery for purchases over a certain amount. Our delivery radius is limited and should be discussed with our sales department at the point of sale.
